Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of hydropip.com, Pip Buddy, Track My Build, member accounts, Pip Pro, and related content and services. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Safety Notice, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The service
HydroPip provides educational content about the HydroPip timed-feed tower system, build guidance, parts links, AI-assisted answers, checklists, and optional project tools. Pip Pro may include saved profiles, schedules, reminders, seed records, grow logs, project history, and planning for other hydroponic systems. Features may change as the service improves.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your login, and activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms.
Pip Pro billing
Pip Pro is a recurring subscription at the price and interval shown during checkout. Unless canceled, it renews automatically using the payment method on file. Taxes may apply. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
AI limitations
Pip uses artificial intelligence and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Responses are educational guidance, not engineering, electrical, plumbing, agronomic, medical, legal, food-safety, or other professional advice. Verify important measurements, product compatibility, nutrient labels, local conditions, and safety steps. Do not rely on Pip as the only control for watering, pumps, crop survival, or emergency conditions.
Physical-build responsibility
You are responsible for your site, tools, materials, permits, weather exposure, utilities, private lines, electrical protection, water management, and safe operation. Before driving or excavating for any support, call 811 or visit call811.com, wait for utility markings, and identify private irrigation, septic, electrical, gas, and water lines. Third-party products and affiliate links
Product links may be paid affiliate links. Third-party products, sellers, prices, availability, specifications, warranties, returns, and customer service are controlled by those third parties. Confirm fit and suitability before purchase. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its security, scrape it at harmful volume, impersonate others, submit unlawful or infringing content, use it to harm people or property, reverse engineer protected service components, or attempt to bypass access, subscription, or usage controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You grant HydroPip a limited license to host, process, copy, and display it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide the features you request. You represent that you have the right to submit that content.
HydroPip content
The HydroPip name, Pip mascot, site design, original text, software, build documentation, and other original materials are owned by Hartshorn Studios LLC or its licensors. These Terms permit personal, noncommercial use of the service and build guidance; they do not transfer ownership or authorize resale, copying of the service, or use of HydroPip branding without permission.
No guarantees
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroPip disclaims implied warranties. We do not guarantee crop yield, plant health, water or nutrient efficiency, uninterrupted access, reminder delivery, product availability, affiliate earnings, or a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hartshorn Studios LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of crops, data, revenue, or equipment, or property damage arising from use of the service or build instructions. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid HydroPip during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or account email. These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
